WSU Extension of Stevens County supports producers, small and large alike, with practical and research-based information.

Our Mission: Provide proactive training and reactive support to Farmers, Ranchers, Growers, and Dairies in Stevens County that will help them grow and prosper.

Stevens county plays a vital role in Washington State’s agriculture economy.

Market Value of farm products sold was $30,194,000 in 2017. 40% of sales were crops and 60% of sales were from livestock, poultry and products. 98% are family farms.

  • Other Crops and Hay ($7,002,000)
  • Grains, Oilseeds, Dry beans, Dry peas ($1,477,000)
  • Milk from Cows ($1,412,000)
