Horse Certificates Due-   All youth carrying the 4-H Horse project, who intend to participate in this class at the Walla Walla County Fair, must file a horse certificate, on or before June 1, 2020, for each horse (including back-up horses) intended to be shown at the Walla Walla County Fair.  Also, you must submit a feed-lease agreement if you or your parents/guardian do not own the animal.   If a horse certificate and/or feed lease agreement is currently on file…
