Horse Certificates Due-   All youth carrying the 4-H Horse project, who intend to participate in a 4-H horse class at the Walla Walla County Fair, must file a horse certificate, on or before June 1, 2021, for each horse (including back-up horses) intended to be shown at the Fair.  Also, you must submit a Feed-Lease agreement if you or your parents/guardian do not own the animal.  If a horse certificate and, if applicable, a feed lease agreement is up-to-date…
