Coronavirus COVID-19

COVID-19 Advisory: WSU Extension is working to keep our communities safe. All Extension programming is being provided virtually, postponed, or canceled. Effective March 16, 2020, WSU Extension county offices and WSU Research & Extension Centers will be closed to the public. We are available via email, phone, and webconference.

Benton and Franklin Counties play a vital role in Washington State’s agriculture economy.  With over 100 commercial crops grown in the area, Benton County crops contribute over $900 million, and Franklin County crops contribute over $700 million to Washington State’s $9+ billion agriculture sales each year.  Extension works with area farmers, ranchers, producers and growers by providing innovative, research-based technology and information.

Be the first to know about upcoming trade events, time-sensitive information and the latest research.

Our team has joined together WSU Specialists from across Washington State to create an email information delivery service that you can customize to your specific information needs.  Specify which crops, interests and industry you are interested in and only receive emails pertaining to those items directly to your inbox.
