The standard WSU Extension Refund policies are listed below. This policy and/or any exceptions to this standard refund policy are included on all brochures, order forms, registration forms, and website pages. Refund policies are encouraged on all receipts and confirmation pages.
Publications and Products
You may cancel any part of your order within 24 hours (prior to shipping) by calling or e-mailing the contact as noted on the order page. There are no refunds for opened or used packages. For biosecurity reasons, we are unable to accept the return of any feed for any reason.
Registration Fees
Program Changes and Cancellations
WSU Extension reserve the right to make changes in programs or speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met. In the unlikely event of cancellation, Washington State University’s liability is limited to refund of registration fees.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Substitutions are welcome at any time BEFORE the first day of an event. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours before an event will be refunded the registration fee less a $25 administrative processing fee. Refunds must be requested in writing and can either be emailed, mailed or faxed to the conference office as noted on the registration form.
