Re-enrolling 4-H Members Paying with Credit Card Due

Jennifer Leach is requesting that enrollments paid by Credit Cards need to be done by January 26^th. So if it is a declined credit card, then we can connect with you and your family that it has been declined and that we will need payment by cash, money order, or club check by January 31^st. It is my understanding that 4-H online will let your 4-H family know if it is a declined card.
