Jennifer Leach, 4-H Youth Development Agent and Interim Cowlitz County Administrative Director
The 4-H Youth Development Program provides hands-on learning opportunities for youths, K-12. The program is conducted by adult volunteers in partnership with WSU faculty and county staff.
