Pins and Patches Member RecordsThese guidelines have been created to assist leaders in understanding the criteria for each pin or patch earned. Each year you should receive from the 4-H Coordinator a list of your previous year’s club earnings of pins and patches. This form should be filled out at the end of the 4-H year and submitted to the Contest and Awards Committee by November 15.
