2026 Pierce County Fair

The 2026 Fair is held at the Pierce County Fairgrounds (Frontier Park) in Graham, 21606 Meridian Ave E. Graham, WA 98338. The Fair runs Thursday, August 13th through August 16th. For more information, visit the Pierce County Fair Website. Fair Registration begins June 1 and is made though FairEntry.
  • Open to members aged 5 through 7 as of October 1, 2025, enrolled in the Pierce County Cloverbud 4-H Member program. 
  • Consult the 2026 Pierce County Fair Exhibitor Guide for details and Department Superintendent contact information for more guidance.  General information can be obtained from the 4-H Office.
  • Entries can be made in Creative Arts, Photography, Food and Nutrition, Textile Arts, Educational Displays (Posters), other departments with Superintendent permission, and small animal projects that allow Cloverbud participation.
  • Cloverbuds need to check with the Animal Department Superintendent on whether their animals can be brought to the Fair.
  • All animals must be entered in 4Honline prior to entering in FairEntry.  Animals must go through Vet Check to enter the fairgrounds, campsites, and animal barns.
  • It is preferred to have each Cloverbud 4-H member visit with the judge or Superintendent about their project. If possible, plan to spend a few minutes with the judge when you bring your project to the Fair on Sunday, August 9, 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and noon, or Monday, August 10, 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
  • All Cloverbud entries receive a Cloverbud ribbon and 10 premium points where allowed.

Class 119: Cloverbud Food Product (1 entry per lot)

  1. Muffins (3 items)
  2. Cookies (rolled, drop, bar cookies, brownies, biscotti, etc.) (3 Items)
  3. Breads and Rolls (banana, zucchini, pumpkin, etc.) (1/2 Loaf or 3 rolls)
  4. Other Desserts (cupcake, cake, fruit dessert, pies, tarts, etc.)
  5. Nutritious Snack (3 small servings)
  6. Decorated Cupcakes or Cookies (3 items)

Class 080: Cloverbud Textile Arts (1 entry per lot)

  1. Simple Knitted Item
  2. Simple Crocheted Item
  3. Simple Article of Sewing
  4. Simple Quilted Square
  5. Fair Theme Item ( Pirates of the FaiRibbean))

Entries can be made in the cat, cavy, dog, pets, all poultry, pygmy, and rabbit departments.  Check the Exhibitor Guide for specific classes and lots that may be entered by Cloverbuds.

Entries can be made in Lot 9 of projects allowing Cloverbuds to enroll.  Entries can also be made in lot 9 of 4-H Promotion and General Safety classes. Each Cloverbud may enter 4 posters from different lots.

This contest is run by the Open Class Baking Department and will be displays in the south end of the Frontier Park Lodge. Entries in this contest are made in the .Youth Culinary Arts – Foods Preservation & Baking in FairEntry

  • Child/Parent Team open to children aged 10 and under.
  • Need to include the following with the entry – recipe, child’s name/age, and list of what the child did while making the cookies. Optional – can also include a photo of the child baking.
  • We may display photo and child’s baking tasks with the entry. No commercial mixes.
  • Baked goods must be in a disposable container displaying all except the bottom of the product and covered with transparent moisture, vapor-proof covering, or in a transparent disposable plastic container with a cover or a Ziplock-type bag.
  • No cream-filled products or products that have to be refrigerated.
