Ornithology

Have you heard about our bird kit? Get students engaged with bird watching and the outdoors. This kit contains several activities including making field guides, making bird feeders, and bird watching and identification. Bird seed is included for the students to put out and monitor over a week. At the end of the week, what types of seeds were eaten will help determine what birds live in your area! The kit also includes several types of tools (and candy too!) to learn about how birds use their beaks to eat food. Get watching!
