Visit the Garden

Come visit the Gig Harbor Demonstration Garden and Heritage Garden and Trails. Located inside Sehmel Homestead Park (10123 78th Ave NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98332).

Gig Harbor Demonstration Garden is open:

  • Wednesdays from 9am-11:30am (Year-Round)
  • Saturdays from 10am-2pm (April through September)

Garden Elements of Interest:

  • Raised Bed Vegetable Garden
  • Composting Demonstration Area
  • Berry Bed
  • Drought Tolerant Bed
  • Espaliered and Columnar Apple Trees
  • Heritage Garden (Native Plant trails with interpretive signage)
