General Forms

Annually, 4-H clubs are required to submit the following documents to be a recognized 4-H Club in Mason County;

Important Dates & Deadlines

 

OCTOBER
  • 10/1: 4-H Online opens for enrollments
  • National 4-H Week
  • Tractor Supply Paper clover campaign
  • BINGO recognition event
NOVEMBER
  • Annual club renewal document is due
DECEMBER
  • 12/1: Re-enrollment deadline for RETURNING club members and volunteers
  • 12/1: Club audit paperwork is due
  • Shelton Christmas Town Parade
JANUARY
  • Summer camp counselor applications due, training begins
APRIL
  • 4/1: Enrollment deadline for NEW club members and volunteers
MAY
  • 5/1: Projects may no longer be added for fair eligibility
JUNE
  • Shelton Forest Festival Parade
JULY
  • Panhandle Lake 4-H Summer Camp
AUGUST
  • County Fair
  • Record books are due for member to receive project pin
SEPTEMBER
  • State Fair
  • year end award and pin applications are due
