Annually, 4-H clubs are required to submit the following documents to be a recognized 4-H Club in Mason County;
Important Dates & Deadlines

- 10/1: 4-H Online opens for enrollments
- National 4-H Week
- Tractor Supply Paper clover campaign
- BINGO recognition event

| NOVEMBER |
- Annual club renewal document is due
|
| DECEMBER |
- 12/1: Re-enrollment deadline for RETURNING club members and volunteers
- 12/1: Club audit paperwork is due
- Shelton Christmas Town Parade

| JANUARY |
- Summer camp counselor applications due, training begins
|
| APRIL |
- 4/1: Enrollment deadline for NEW club members and volunteers
|
| MAY |
- 5/1: Projects may no longer be added for fair eligibility
|
| JUNE |
- Shelton Forest Festival Parade
|
| JULY |
- Panhandle Lake 4-H Summer Camp
|
| AUGUST |
- County Fair
- Record books are due for member to receive project pin
|
| SEPTEMBER |
- State Fair
- year end award and pin applications are due
