4-H Preliminary Record Book Checklist forms are due no later than July 1. It is the leader’s responsibility to see that their member’s record books are up to date and the check off sheets are turned into the Extension Office no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 4:00pm. This is a county requirement for county and out of county events such as camp, conferences, county fair and state fair participation. Those members who do not have check off sheets turned in will be limited to club participation only. Forms are available at http://ext100.wsu.edu/mason/852-2/ and at the Extension Office.
