Energize!

Now that you’ve learned a lot about different fuels for your body, check out different ways to use that energy. You’ll also learn why movement and exercise is important. There are many benefits to exercising regularly. For one thing, is it good for both the muscles and the bones in the body because it helps them to grow. Additionally, exercise can increase the amount of endorphins the body produces, which have been shown to increase positive feelings.

GoNoodle

The goal of GoNoodle is to help kids become more active while allowing them to do the things they already love. The project was originally started in 2013. In 2018 an app was launched to help kids track their exercise levels. (Grades 2-3+)
