Here's to healthy hydration!

Hydrating is so important! Being hydrated is crucial for multiple key components in our body, including our muscles, joints, organs, and cells. Not all drinks fuel us in the same way, which is why it’s so important to be aware of the types of drinks we’re consuming. See if you can find a teaspoon. Ok, got it? Now guess how many teaspoons of sugar are in one serving of Coca Cola. What do you think?? There are 16 teaspoons of sugar in one serving of Coca Cola – so while it may relieve your thirst, it is also important to know what else it’s doing to your body!
