The WSU Chelan/Douglas Master Gardener Program educates gardeners in central Washington about best gardening practices and healthy living through gardening. WSU Chelan/Douglas Master Gardeners are community volunteers trained by Washington State University in topics such as botany, weed identification, soils, lawn care, pruning, pesticides and insect management, plant pathology and plant problem diagnosis, and sustainable gardening practices.
The Chelan/Douglas Master Gardener program is centered in the Wenatchee valley and serves the entire Chelan & Douglas County area.
