State Qualifying Events for 4-H Horse Project The 4-H Western Games State Qualifier is scheduled for Sunday, July 30, 2017 at the Klickitat County Fairgrounds in Goldendale. Registration opens at 8am. Showmanship will begin at 9am. There will be only one showmanship qualifying opportunity. Gaming qualifying events will follow.
