4-H Youth Horse Camp is open to all youth (with their horses) who are at least 8 years old before October 1, 2016 and have not turned 19 years old before October 1, 2016. The purpose of the Horse Camp is to prepare youth for showing in their county and state 4-H fairs or just improve their horsemanship skills.
