Preserve the Harvest
Learn how to preserve food! The course is taught online and offers weekly classes featuring water bath canning, pressure canning, pickling and fermentation, and freezing, drying, and microclimate storage. This series of four classes aims to empower participants to enhance food access and security through adjustments in their household food systems.
