Blueberry Pruning and Basic Care Webinar — Jan. 23

Do you love juicy, sweet, just-picked blueberries from your own bushes? Not sure how to keep them performing at their best? Join WSU Extension Clark County Master Gardeners for a workshop on blueberry pruning. We’ll view a couple of short videos on blueberry pruning basics: when to prune, choosing which canes to cut, and where to cut them. We’ll discuss tools, garden sanitation, and how pruning is part of a sustainable and organic approach to blueberry plant care. Presenters will also cover the basics on plant nutrition and discuss some of the common pests and diseases.
