FreeConfused about the vast array of garden tools out there? Using the right tool for the job will reduce your workload, get the job done right and minimize the possibility of injury. This workshop promises to help you save time, effort and money on your gardening adventure. Master Gardeners, Jack Berhardsen and John Moore will solve the mystery of important questions like, “what’s the difference between a spade and a shovel” and “why should I care?”.
Whether you’re just beginning your gardening journey or if you need to expand an already robust tool collection, join us. 10am to noon. Pacific Park Natural Demonstration Garden: 1515 NE 164th Ave, Vancouver. (Enter from NE 172nd.) Bring a lawn chair and your work clothes. Participants are asked to provide 45 minutes of service in the East Vancouver demonstration garden following the workshop. Bring gloves and water and dress for the weather.
