KN95 Masks Available to Island County Farmers

Posted by loren.imes | October 7, 2020

I have limited numbers of KN95 masks available to Camano and Whidbey farmers for free courtesy of the Island County Department of Emergency Management and the State of Washington.

KN95 masks have been in short supply, with priority going to people working on the front lines in the pandemic. They are now available again, but with flu season approaching and with Covid-19 cases around the country on the rise, shortages may again happen. Please contact me if you and/or your staff would like some.

Here is a link to basic instructions for the proper fitting and use of these types of masks – https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/docs/2010-133/pdfs/2010-133.pdf
