Enrolled 4-H member and have been in 4-H for a minimum of 3 years (consecutive not required, excluding the current year). Received a score of 95% or greater on the current year record book including your Permanent Record. Participation in 3 or more county, district, state, regional, or National 4-H events, including 4-H zoom events and/or in-person, as evidenced in your record book. 3 letters of recommendation. One Letter should be from your club leader or another 4-H adult in a leadership role within the club, not related to you. The remaining two letters may come from a 4-H Leader outside of your club or a teacher, employer, youth leader, etc. Applications with county-judged record book and letters of recommendation due to the Extension office by December 31.
