Beach Exploration – Bainbridge Ferry Terminal

Meet our WSU Kitsap Beach Naturalist volunteers out on beaches across the county (and beyond) to look for creatures that inhabit the intertidal zone. These explorations are free and open to all. Rubber boots or close-toes shoes are highly recommended (expect uneven, wet, slippery, and sharp surfaces across beaches). Don’t forget sun protect and your reusable water bottle.

This event in partnership with IslandWood.  Waterfront Park & City Dock (301 Shannon Dr SE, Bainbridge Island, WA, United States). Access the beach by parking in downtown Winslow, walk through Waterfront Park, look for Exploration sign at Harborview Drive Trailhead.
