WSU Extension 4-H Poultry Basics
You are invited to learn about poultry care and raising with the WSU Extension 4-H Youth Development Small and Companion Animal Committee. The Poultry Basics Zoom is for 4-H youth members, 4-H volunteers, parents/guardians, FFA members and general public wanting to learn about poultry! Special emphasis will be on raising chicks and young birds.

Do you have a rabbit, cavy, reptile, or other small animal that you hope to enter in an upcoming fair? Spokane Valley Explorers 4-H Club will be hosting a Small Animal Show Practice. Join us on Wednesday, April 13th, 4:00pm, in the Extension meeting rooms. Ainsley Carpenter will be there to demonstrate how to show and present animals to a judge. Join Spokane County 4-H at the Fat and Fuzzy Show for Horse Judging. When? April 23, 2022, 6 pm indoor arena, following the Fat and Fuzzy Show. Where? Spokane Interstate Fair Grounds, 404 N Havana St. Spokane What to Bring? Please bring a pencil, clipboard and paper Oral Reasons are required for Intermediates and Seniors. Strongly encouraged for Juniors. Ribbons go to 8th place. Sign up by April 20th!
