Coronavirus COVID-19

COVID-19 Advisory: WSU Extension is working to keep our communities safe. All Extension programming is being conducted consistent with the latest official state guidance. WSU Extension county offices and WSU Research & Extension Centers are following protocols for vaccination, masking, distancing and hygiene. If this office is not open to the public, we are available during normal business hours via email, phone, and web conference.

Leader, Member and Club Awards Applications

Leader of the Year Application – Nominate your leader for their outstanding achievements.
Marion Bunnell 4-H Fund Application – Yakima County 4-H clubs can apply for funding through this foundation grant.
Outstanding New Club Application – Represents a first year club with outstanding achievements for the first year
Recommendation Honorary Leader – Recommend a volunteer to become an Honorary Leader
I Dare You Recommendation Application – 4-H member ages 15-18, that have completed their high school freshman year.
Lew Evans Trophy Info & Application – Represents quality of community service & member participation in the community.
Toppenish Rotary Application – Agriculture or Home Economics Division – Outstanding achievement in Home Ec or Agriculture project clubs. Outstanding achievements, number and type of entries at fairs and county contests.
Inez Walter Trophy Application – An outstanding horse club in the community service work.
Certificate of Appreciation Recommendation – Recommend your sponsors for a Certificate of Appreciation for their donations
