Horse Council meetings are open to all leaders, members, volunteers, and family members. At these meeting 4-H rules and regulations are discussed and changed or amended as needed. 4-H project news is discussed and 4-H events and horse shows are planned and Committee Chairs are selected for 4-H events/activities.
Your input and Volunteer time is greatly appreciated and needed.
