Yakima County 4-H Horse Council Meeting April 11, 6:30 PM First Street Conference Room, 223 S 1st Street, Yakima Horse Council meetings are open to all leaders, members, volunteers, and family members.  At these meeting 4-H rules and regulations are discussed and changed or amended as needed.  4-H project news is discussed and 4-H events and horse shows are planned and Committee Chairs are selected for 4-H events/activities.
