Enroll in 4-H Today

Enrollment for the 2022-2023 4-H Year

The 4-H year runs October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023

Enrolling in 4-H begins October 1st and continues until the Lincoln-Adams final enrollment deadline of July 15th.  Each club has the option to establish their own deadline, so please check with your 4-H club.

Some animal projects have earlier deadlines to be eligible for shows, sales, and fairs.

If you are new to 4-H or the Lincoln-Adams area, contact Julie Hartz at julie.hartz@wsu.edu or 509-659-3209 for information on area clubs or to start a new club before enrolling or re-enrolling in 4-H Online.

4-H Age Determination Date: The date 4-H Online will use to determine age date is October 1st of the current 4-H year. If a youth turns 5 on October 1st of the current 4-H year, they are eligible to participate in the 4-H program for the current year.

Club Leaders and Project Leaders should submit enrollment to 4-H Online AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Youth member enrollments can’t be approved if there is no Project Leader enrolled for one or more of their listed projects.

Certified 4-H Volunteers should re-enroll ASAP after Oct. 1. Project enrollments for youth members can’t be accepted unless there is a currently enrolled project leader.
New or not yet certified 4-H volunteers should contact your extension office before enrolling. In Lincoln or Adams Co. visit the Volunteer Education Page for more details.

Be sure and use the family profile email from last year when logging in. Contact the Extension Office first if you are new, you aren’t sure if you already have a profile, or if your email has changed. Do NOT create a new profile if a member of your household is already in the system.

General (Head) Club leaders may begin helping members of NEW families to submit enrollments in the 4hOnline system as soon as enrollment opens after Oct. 1st.
