July 8 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
$10
Online via Zoom and In-person
Delight in the bright flavors of fresh fruit and discover how easy it is to capture sunshine in a jar. Create that perfect balance of fruit, sweetener, and other ingredients to enhance flavor and shelf life with research-based recipes. Low and no-sugar recipes covered.
Third in the Preserve the Harvest series, we’ll cover the basics of making shelf-stable jams, jellies, and preserves. In addition, there will be plenty of time for your canning questions after the presentation.
A list of recommended resources will be provided via email the next day to those registered along with a link to a video recording of the class. The video recording will be available to view for one year after the class occurs. Limited in-person spots are available for those that would like to see the live demonstration in the kitchen classroom at Stilly Valley Health Connections in Arlington, WA.
