Rose Garden Showcase at Closed Loop Park Demonstration Garden

We will tour the Rose Garden at Closed Loop Park and discuss recommendations for planting and caring for roses in the Pacific Northwest. We will also talk about common rose problems encountered in our environment.

We will be outside for the duration of this tour and will be standing and walking. Surfaces are grassy, graveled and paved. Please plan clothing and footwear accordingly.

Closed Loop Park is located inside the Thurston County Waste and Recovery Center (WARC) at 2420 Hogum Bay Rd. NE, Lacey WA 98516. Take Exit 111 from I-5 and travel north, then turn right into the WARC entrance. Look for signs. Closed Loop Park is east of the dog park (if you are in the dog park parking lot you are in the right place; head into the garden next to the dog park and look for the gazebo).

Meet at the gazebo located in the southeast corner of the park.  This structure is adjacent to the Rose Garden.
