FSMA Info Session Thurston (click for flyer) Adopted in 2015, the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) is comprised of a set of regulations intended to protect public health by strengthening the food safety system. Requirements include preventative controls, mandatory inspections and development of a response plan to contain outbreaks.
