Closed Loop Park Garden Walks
Please join us on Saturday July 8th from 8:00am-12:00pm at Closed Loop Park Demonstration Garden. Master Gardeners will lead a guided walk of the garden starting on the hour; 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am. Meet at the wood kiosk located just inside the main entry of the garden. Follow the signs. If yes, then consider applying to be a volunteer with the Master Recycler Composter (MRC) program of Thurston County. MRC volunteers are trained on how to reduce waste and increase public awareness about waste reduction, recycling and composting in Thurston County. The Thurston County 4-H Horse Leader Committee meets the first Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the WSU Extension Office. The Horse Committee meetings are for planning and coordinating project related pre-fair and county fair activities.
