4-H teens have fun socializing, increasing their leadership skills, improving communication, preparing for college and/or a job and meeting new people all year long.  Beyond Club mentorship and service-learning opportunities, teens have ample opportunities to develop their leadership skills through our local Island County Leadership Club: Teen Ambassadors

Teens from 7th grade and up can also participate in these great learning and growth opportunities:

  • Know Your Government (KYG), Olympia, WA in February
  • Idaho / Washington State 4-H Teen Association Conference, June 22-25, 2020 (Virtual Event)
  • Whidbey Area Fair, July (Cancelled for 2020)
  • State Fair, Puyallup in September
  • Teen Rally, around the Puget Sound, Fall of each year
  • National events like National Congress (MD) or National Conference (GA)
  • Washington Citizenship Focus
  • National and International Exchange Programs
  • Collegiate 4-H
