4-H Super Saturday is set for January 11 from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. in the Armory building at the Fairgrounds!  Classes offered are Animal Nutrition, Air Rifle & Archery,  Record Books, YQCA Training, Applesauce Canning, Parliamentary Procedure, Officer Training, Livestock Judging, Horse Advancement, and more.  Lunch will be available for $3. Mealtime Manners will be held in two separate sessions this year.  January 19 will be for ages 12-19 (limit 40 participants) and February 23 will be for ages 5-11 (limit 25 participants).  Both sessions will be in the Armory Hall from 4:00-6:00 p.m. This event familiarizes participants with dining etiquette including proper use of utensils and mealtime conversation.  Mealtime manners is open to all, but preference will be given to 4-H members.  Cost is $5.00 per person, to be paid…
