Market Livestock Health Forms due at weigh in/vet check at the WLCF.

4-H Record Books are due by 4:30 PM August 15th.
Take them to the WSU Extension office at 205 W. Main, Ritzville BEFORE the deadline. There are some pages such as the Commitment page which require parent signature and leader signature. Be sure each member has these signed.
Members interested in applying for Gold Medal Awards must turn in their completed Record Book including a “permanent record” section and a “project record” section. For example, to apply for a Foods/Nutrition Medal there needs to be a “project record section” for the Foods & Nutrition Project. Members must also fill out an “Application for Gold Medal” available at the Extension Office when you turn in the Record Book.

If this is your first visit to the online entry site, you must register as an Exhibitor (even if you are not showing) before you begin. Click “Exhibitor Registration” to begin and follow the instructions. Remember your login info. The fair office will not be able to retrieve this information for you!!! With your login data you will be able to add and retrieve your entries. Refer to the online fair book for detailed Department, Division and Class information. 4-H & FFA members: There is a onetime entry fee of $15 for all livestock exhibitors. If you are entering a Market Livestock animal, Fitting & Showing and Educational Posters are required and will be entered at the fair.
