The 4-H year is from October 1st of year current year to September 30th of next year. All youth members should be registered by February 1st.
- Update the 4-H Club’s Project List for the new year.
- Provide an update list of leaders and contact information.
- Submit 4-H Club Plan and Budget for the new 4-H year.
- Complete Annual Financial 4-H Club Summary Report.
- Review your 4-H Club’s Bylaws and Constitution. If you make any changes, please send a copy to your county Extension office.
- Verify youth club members and project leaders have reenrolled in 4hOnline.
- Remind all volunteers to report volunteer hours through GivePulse.
