In the areas of beef production, forage management, animal health, and agricultural education, peer-reviewed research helps ensure that recommended practices and educational materials are grounded in accurate data, proven methodologies, and current industry standards. The use of peer-reviewed resources strengthens educational programming, supports informed decision-making, encourages continual improvement in livestock management practices, and promotes the long-term sustainability, productivity, and welfare of the beef industry.

The peer-reviewed articles listed below provide research-based information and scholarly analysis related to beef production, forage management, animal health, and agricultural education. These publications were selected to support evidence-based practices, enhance educational opportunities, and promote the continued advancement of livestock management, nutrition, herd health, and sustainable forage utilization within the beef industry.
