FREEMarch 23 Noon Attorney Chris Roubicek of Castle Rock, will talk about the transfer of your non-titled property? Estate planning often focuses on farms or family business transfers. Too often, personal possessions doesn’t get discussed. Non-titled property can include furniture, photos, books, dishes, tools and jewelry. Many people have fond memories of family keepsakes and they carry more meaning and can have long-lasting emotional effects. Consider attending to learn more about decision options, including initiating discussions, determining distribution options and setting ground rules for transferring non-titled property.
