Whidbey Island Growers Association

May 6, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Whidbey Island Growers Association

The Whidbey Island Growers Association is an informal gathering of local farmers, growers and those who support Whidbey Island agriculture and local food systems. Each first Monday of the month, we gather for a potluck dinner and then participate in a discussion on a particular topic of interest to the group. Presenters include WSU Extension faculty, representatives from local or state government, USDA program specialists, farming related non-profit organizations, and more.

The meetings are free, open to the public, and co-sponsored by the WSU Extension Island County Food Systems program and the Whidbey Island Conservation District. Events are held at different locations on Whidbey Island. Click here to see the schedule of topics and locations for 2019.
