Clinic Operations Guide
Our clinics are the primary means the King County Master Gardener Program uses to engage home gardeners in our communities. In our clinics, we fulfill our mission to deliver research-based gardening and environmental stewardship information using university-sourced, evidence-based home gardening resources.
We are obligated to use our human and financial resources in the most effective and impactful way. We can best fulfill our mission by ensuring optimal placement of clinics, high foot traffic through promotion, appropriate staffing levels and an approachable site with the best resources. This Clinic Leader Operations Guide was designed to have in one place the information clinic leadership needs to successfully perform the many functions needed to operate a clinic.
