Welcome to the Lincoln & Adams County 4-H Youth Development Program
The 4-H youth development program is designed for all youth between the ages of 5 to 18. As the largest youth program in the United States, 4-H reaches local, state, national and international communities, offering a wide range of opportunities for young people everywhere. Every state in the country is home to a 4-H program, making it a truly national initiative.
Our Mission
The primary goal of 4-H is to help all youth reach their fullest potential. This is achieved through hands-on learning experiences, guidance from club leaders and project leaders, and access to research-backed information. Volunteers play a key role in teaching essential life skills through a variety of subjects and activities. The joy of 4-H comes from watching young people grow and succeed through their own accomplishments.

Program Delivery
In our state, the 4-H Youth Development Program is based at Washington State University. The program is brought to local communities by Washington State University Extension faculty and staff, ensuring that resources and opportunities are accessible to all youth in Lincoln and Adams County.
