Please join us for The Hay Field Improvement Workshop
Speaker: Steve Fransen, (WSU Forge Research Agronomist), Dr. Brook Brouwer, (SJC WSU Ext Director), Bruce Gregory (SJC Conservation District Planner), and Andrew Borner (Natural Plant Solutions, LLC)
Topics: Improving forge quality and yield in hay fields. Indoor presentation on pasture calendar, soil fertility and stubble height management. Two fields visits to current research plots with discussions about trials on fertilizer, no-till seeding, and pasture aeration.
