Cultivating Awareness and Resilience: Mindfulness for Providers Working with Youth

Sebrina is a certified facilitator for an evidence-based professional development program focused on improving social and emotional competence and wellbeing for school staff. She is also co-developer of a mindfulness-based self-care program for staff in juvenile justice facilitates. Her research explores methods for the promotion of wellbeing in social services and education.
