Cultivating Awareness and Resilience: Mindfulness for Providers Working with Youth

In this interactive webinar, Sebrina Doyle from Pennsylvania State University will discuss the role of mindfulness to promote our own wellbeing so we have the capacity to continue providing services for others. Participants will leave with an understanding of mindfulness-based self-care as well as practical tools to incorporate mindfulness into their personal and professional lives.

Sebrina Doyle, MS, Assistant Research Professor, Pennsylvania State University

Sebrina is a certified facilitator for an evidence-based professional development program focused on improving social and emotional competence and wellbeing for school staff. She is also co-developer of a mindfulness-based self-care program for staff in juvenile justice facilitates. Her research explores methods for the promotion of wellbeing in social services and education.
