COVID-19 Advisory: WSU Extension is working to keep our communities safe. All Extension programming is being provided virtually, postponed, or canceled. Effective March 16, 2020, WSU Extension county offices and WSU Research & Extension Centers will be closed to the public. We are available via email, phone, and webconference.

Apprentice Beekeeping Classes

Depending upon which phase the state of Washington is in, classes will be held either virtually or at Spokane County Extension

2021 Classes – registration coming soon

Registrants will be asked to indicate which of the two instructional class days works for them:

Our first instructional class is February 13, 2021 (9am-5pm)
A second instructional class on February 27, 2021 (9am-5pm)

Once you have completed your in-classroom instruction on either Feb 13 or Feb 27, there will be a package installation demonstration day in April; and three additional Field Days as a part of your training.

Field Day times will be assigned at registration
