County, State, and Federal agencies affiliated with the building tenants are permitted to use extension meeting rooms. WSU Spokane County Extension Programs and building tenants may sponsor outside community organizations access to meeting rooms.
Extension Room Reservation Policy explains what is expected from any organization who reserves and uses one of the class/meeting rooms at WSU Spokane County Extension Office. The reservation policy must be read; the acknowledgement form signed and returned to the Extension office to be put on file for an organization’s present and future room use. The form must be on file before the room(s) can be used. Any violations of the policies may result in the loss of the privilege to use the rooms.

Lower Level Class/meeting Rooms:
Meeting group size maximums are as follows:
Rooms A, B, & C –
No larger than 75-80 people for combined, 25 people per room separately
Kitchen – is reserved separately but is connected to Room A
Room E – 20 people
Upper Level Class/meeting Rooms:
Meeting group size maximums are as follows:
Conference Room – 10-12 people
Atrium – available to building residents only
