Care to Animals
Section 9.1 in the 4-H Policy and Procedure Handbook provides information how a 4-H member must care for their animals:
When participating in the Washington State 4-H Youth Development Program, individuals must provide humane treatment and care to animals. Cruel or negligent treatment and handling will not be tolerated, and must be reported to appropriate staff.
