Na-Bor-Lee 4-H Youth Camp Registration is a THREE part process
(4 steps for Counselors & staff)

 

(1.) APPLY (Counselors, CITs, & Staff only)
Counselor/CIT Application           Adult Camp Staff Agreement-Form
Counselors: Teens, 13 and older as of Oct. 1, 2018 (Preference will be given to those who are at least 14, preferably 16 years old or older) should complete and return the ASAP by May 21st! Counselor Registration Fee  of $50 is NOT due till the required training weekend. (June 21 – 23, 2019) Contact: Camp Director – Marci Dayton, 509-994-7607 (text preferred)

  1. (2.) ENROLL
    • Current actively enrolled 4-H club and Family 4-H members: Login to 4hOnline  – update Health information and add the Camp Na-Bor-Lee “Group” to your 4hOnline profile. Details below.
    • Youth who are NOT currently enrolled – add or re-enroll as SHORT-TERM member in 4hOnline. Details below
    • Adult staff will enroll or re-enroll in the 4hOnline system as directed
  2. (3.) REGISTER  4hOnline Camp Event Registration
    • Once enrolled in the 4hOnline System, Youth and Adults add the 4-H Event: Na-Bor-Lee Youth Camp 2019 Registration in 4hOnline.
      Since camp is full – youth aged 8 – 12 have the option to register as:
      – First child in the family for the waiting list or
      – Second, third, or fourth child in the household for the Waiting List
      – Every year several youth from the Waiting List end up with a chance to attend camp so don’t delay!
    • There are some additional documents you may need or click here for a list of additional documents.
  3. (4.) PAY CAMP Fee
    • Campers send check with Enclosure Slip ASAP to Davenport WSU Extension Office
      Camper Registration will NOT be complete till camp fee is received.
      Fee required to hold a spot on the waiting list. 
      Fee will be returned if not accepted for camp.
    • Counselors/CIT payment  with Enclosure Slip not due till Camp Staff Training June 21-23
    • No fee for Adult staff

Camp Filled as of 5/22/2019 – Register ASAP to be on the Waiting List!
Most years at least 3 and often more campers are accepted from the Waiting List.
Enrollment (Short-Term if not already enrolled), Registration AND fee required to be placed on the Waiting List!
Fees will be refunded to Waiting List Campers that are not accepted for camp.

4hOnline Camp “Registration” will also be required for all Staff Members, Counselor & CIT Applicants.

Do you already have a Family Profile in 4hOnline?

ENROLL or RE-ENROLL
If one of your family members has been enrolled in 4-H in the State of WA in the past four years, you may already have a Family Profile in the 4hOnline System, even if no one in the household is currently enrolled. If you are NOT SURE whether or not you are already in the system, DO NOT SET UP A  NEW PROFILE!  If you have ANY questions, contact the Extension Office at 509-725-4171 

NOTE: Those who are NOT currently enrolled in a CLUB or Registered Family 4-H Group MUST enroll as a Short-Term Member.  Individuals previously enrolled in 4-H, who are NOT currently enrolled as a Club/Family 4-H Member must ADD “Short-Term Member.”
Do NOT edit previous year’s club member profile. If you have any questions or aren’t sure, PLEASE contact the Extension Office dcanfield@co.lincoln.wa.us  or 509-725-4171 before registering.

TO REGISTER FOR CAMP NA-BOR-LEE:
IF you ARE ACTIVELY enrolled in a 4-H Club or Recognized Family 4-H Group this year:

        1. Log in to https://wa.4honline.com/ (Best with Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) with the email you used to enroll or re-enroll earlier this year.
          Do NOT use a NEW email to create a new profile.
        2. Click on the “Continue to Family Button”
        3. IMPORTANT – UPDATE your General Enrollment Health Form that you completed earlier this year!
          To do that, find your name in the “Member/Volunteer List” near the MIDDLE of your “Member List” page, click on “Edit” in the row for your name: “Continue” till you get to the Health Form Page. Review – especially Allergies, Dietary Needs, and Conditions that may affect ability to participate. Make sure Dr., Insurance, and Emergency Contact information is up to date. Change the date at the bottom of the form to the current date.
          Click “Continue” to SAVE your edits.  If you have any health changes by the week before camp, login and update this page again. There will be additional camp specific health questions in the Event Registration but you will not be able to edit those fields once you have “Registered” for Camp.
        4. “Continue” to “Groups” (or select the Group tab – last tab on the right under “Particiipation”) and select Camp Na-Bor-Lee – Lincoln (or Camp Na-Bor-Lee-Adams if you live in Adams Co.) If your primary (resident) 4-H county is not Lincoln or Adams, you may not find Camp N-Bor-Lee in the list of “Groups.” Office will add for you. Click “Add Group”, then click “Continue” to save.
        5. Now you are ready to REGISTER for the Camp Na-Bor-Lee EVENT!   (4hOnline Camp Event Registration will open SOON)
        6. Return to your “My Member List” (Click on “My Member List” near top right of page.)
        7. At the BOTTOM of your members list page, there are two drop down sections: “Member Reports” and “Register a Member for an Event.” For “Member” choose the member who is registering from the “select a member drop-down.” Then select Na-Bor-Lee 4-H Youth Camp 2019″ from the Event Drop Down.
        8. Two additional boxes will appear.
          “Files to Download” section:
          ALL CAMPERS, CIT’s, and COUNSELORS need to select the “Camp Fee Enclosure Slip Form” (or click HERE for Camp Fee Enclosure Form and save to send with your check.) The Camp Medication Form – is required for any youth bringing medications to camp and must be completed immediately prior to camp to submit at check-in.
          Additional documents you may wish to download:
          Na-Bor-Lee 4-H Youth Camp Conduct Form (to review with camper when registering),  Youth Camp Financial Aid Request Form (Coming Soon) – for any youth needing financial assistance to attend camp; and 4-H Reasonable Accommodation Request Form – required for anyone needing reasonable accommodations to participate in camp activities.
        9. In the “Registration Types” – Select the appropriate category:
          NOTE: CIT’s, Counselors and Adult Staff should complete the appropriate Camp APPLICATION PRIOR to REGISTERING for Camp in the 4hOnline System. See Main Camp Page or contact Marci Dayton for details.
        10. Complete all questions in the Entry Section of the Camp Registration Event Form
        11. Cart, Payment sections are mostly an opportunity for you to REVIEW that the information you entered is correct. (This online software is a National  product. We do not have ability to change the structure of some sections – some of the text in this section does not apply.) If you need to make adjustments there is an edit button that will take you back to your “Entry” pages. You will NOT pay for camp through the 4hOnline system but in this section you will click on “Select Payment Method” to “Continue.”
        12. Confirm. In the “Confirm” section, you have another opportunity to click on “Page Names” to return and make any final edits. Once you “Confirm Order” you can not return to the registration pages to edit.
          You MUST Click “Confirm Order” to submit your registration.
        13. Return to your My Member List (button near top right of page). In the row for your name. A Na-Bor-Lee Youth Camp 2019 Event Registration should now show up under your name in the Member/Volunteer List for your Family. You can view your registration status and print your confirmation. Note – your status will show as “pending” till your camp fee has been received AND the county has verified that you have been accepted for camp.
        14. Payment will NOT be through the 4hOnline System.
          Cost for CAMPERS is $125 for the first child and & $85 For each additional child in the immediate family.
          Cost for Counselors and CITs is $50 to be paid at Camp Training June 21-23.
          After completing the registration on-line, the CAMPER fees must be paid ASAP by check payable to Lincoln-Adams 4-H Youth Camp and mailed with a Na-Bor-Lee 4-H Camp Fee – Enclosure- Slip ASAP to:

          No refunds after June 21, 2019 for “Accepted” Campers.  All refunds subject to $10 handling fee. EXCEPTION: Full refund to those on Waiting List who do not get accepted into Camp.
          Counselors and CIT’s will not pay fee till the June 21-23 Camp Training Weekend.
        15. AFTER the Registration Information is COMPLETE in the 4hOnline system AND a check for the Camp Fee has been received, CAMPERS will receive a gear list and check-in information in early June after your registration is accepted. You will be notified if camp is full and you are on the “Waiting List.”

Previously Enrolled 4-H Members

If you or a family member were enrolled LAST year, but you are NOT currently enrolled this year, you will need to re-enroll as a “Short-Term Member if you were “Short-Term” last year. If you were a club “Youth Member” last year – do NOT re-enroll as a “Youth Member.” Instead you will need to ADD a “Youth SHORT-TERM” member.

If  you were previously enrolled as a club or family 4-H member, but NOT last year – do NOT reactivate an “archived member record.” You will ADD a “youth SHORT-TERM Member.”  IF you have ANY questions or aren’t sure PLEASE contact the Extension Office 509-725-4171 dcanfield@co.lincoln.wa.us

Brand New to 4-H Activities

Or no involvement by you or a family member in the last 4 years.

If you and no members of your household have been individually enrolled in a 4-H program in the last 4 years, then you are most likely NOT already in the 4hOnline system. In this case, before you can begin the online Camp Event Registration process you will set up a “Family Profile” to login and then an “Individual Profile” as a Short Term Member if you are a youth. (Adult Volunteers will set up an “Adult” member profile and will receive specific instructions after initial communications with the Camp Director.)

  1. Login to the 4-H Online Enrollment website https://wa.4honline.com
    Best to use Firefox or Google Chrome browser. If using an Apple computer – make sure it is up to date.
  2. Click I need to setup a profile
  3. Click “Lincoln” or “Adams” in County box
    (If your mailing address is in a neighboring county, the Extension Office will re-set the county of residence at the end of the 4-H year for statistical purposes)
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Confirm your email address
  6. Type in Last Name (Family Last name)
  7. Create your password following the criteria
  8. Confirm password
  9. Click Create Login
  10. You will then need to fill in your family contact information. This Family Profile will be used for this registration and for all future participation in 4-H anywhere in WA State for any member of your household that enrolls in 4-H or registers for 4-H events. The email in the Family Information will be considered the “Primary Email” for the family and the one used in the future for 4hOnline login. For the 4-H County Field enter “Lincoln” County regardless where you live. This will be changed by the county to your actual county of residence after camp. Once completed, click “Continue.”
  11. On the member list page, under “Add A New Family Member” select “youth” from the “Select a member type drop down menu.” Then click on Add Short Term Member.
  12. On the next page, you can complete all the Personal Information fields. Note that if a youth has their own email, the top email field can either be changed to their personal email or left as the primary email. If willing to accept text messages for occasional 4-H communications, be sure and enter either the youth or parent cell phone (can be the same as the primary phone number) and indicate the cell phone carrier.
  13. For the 4-H County Field select “Lincoln” County regardless where you live. For 2nd County list the County of your residence if different from Lincoln County.
  14. Click “Continue” and complete ALL the information on the Additional Information Page. This page MUST be complete before continuing. “Continue” and complete the Health Form. (Additional camp specific health questions will be asked in the Camp Registration.)
  15. “Continue” to “Groups” and select Camp Na-Bor-Lee – Lincoln (or Camp Na-Bor-Lee-Adams if you live in Adams Co.) Click “Add Group”, then click “Submit Enrollment”
  16. Return to your “My Member List” (Click on “My Member List” near top right of page.) If you have multiple youth in your household registering for camp, repeat steps #11 through #16.
  17. NOW you can REGISTER for the Na-Bor-Lee 4-H Youth Camp 2019 Event!   (4hOnline Camp Event Registration will open SOON)
  18. At the bottom of your members list page, there are two drop down sections: “Member Reports” and “Register a Member for an Event.” For “Member” choose the member who is registering from the “select a member drop down.” Then select Na-Bor-Lee 4-H Youth Camp 2019″ from the Event Drop Down.

  20. In the “Registration Types” – Select the appropriate category:
    Campers –Counselors or CITs
    CIT – For “Counselors In Training ages 13 – 15 – click “Register”
    or
    – Counselors – For Counselors and staff ages 16 – 18 – click “Register”
    – Adult Staff – For staff ages 19 & up – click “Register”NOTE: CIT’s, Counselors and Adult Staff should complete the appropriate Camp Application PRIOR to REGISTERING for Camp in the 4hOnline System. See Main Camp Page or contact Marci Dayton for details.
    If ONLY “Waiting List Registration Type choices” appear for ages 8 – 12 when you register, it’s important that you STILL Complete ALL of  the 4hOnline Registration information AND send registration fee in order for you to be placed on the Waiting List. Every year between 3 and 8 youth from the Waiting List move up to “Active Registered Camper” status!

Camp Fee Enclosure Form  – For ALL Campers, Counselors, & CITs
Also available in the “Files to Download” section in 4hOnline Registration. After online registration is submitted, must be attached to camp fee checks and mailed ASAP to the Davenport WSU Extension Office for campers. Counselors & CITs will submit with check at the end of the Camp Training weekend. Camper Registration is NOT complete till online registration is submitted AND fee is received.

Code of Conduct – Print copy for REVIEW.
The Code of Conduct Statement must be “signed” in the online registration. This “Review Document” is provided to assist parents and youth to review expectations to be signed in the online registration.
Also available in the “Files to Download” section in 4hOnline Registration.

Camp Medication Form – Required for youth bringing medications to camp. Also available in the “Files to Download” section in 4hOnline Registration. This form should be completed within 48 hours of camp and presented at “Check-in” on July 11th.

Reasonable Accommodation Request Form Also available from a link in the Health section in the 4hOnline Registration. Must be used to request any special accommodations needed for participation in camp activities. Deliver or Mail to the Davenport WSU Extension Office – PO Box 399, 303 6th St., Davenport, WA  99122 AT LEAST 2 weeks prior to camp, preferably before June 15th.

Youth Camp Financial Aid Request Form Also available in the “Files to Download” section in 4hOnline Registration. Limited funds are available for Campers, Counselors & CITs who need financial assistance to attend camp. Form must accompany initial fee and fee enclosure slip.
