Apple Cider Syrup making class

Sharah Truett, also known as “the Glean Queen,” will lead a class on making Apple Cider Syrup (also known as Boiled Cider). Cider syrup is a great use of excess apple cider from pressing season. Sharah will teach participants how to make the syrup, will talk about its uses, then everyone will taste it in several different dishes.
